Ahn young ha se yo and welcome to Mu Sool Won-Family Martial Arts and Fitness Center of Eureka web site. We are a black belt school and a family martial art, and we are proud to open our school in Eureka in July of 2011. As a Family Martial Arts Center, we hope to impart positive values in our students, ranging from five and up, through traditional martial arts training.

As you explore this site, you will find information about our martial arts, Studio (training hall), and the programs we offer and in the future. Our instructors are dedicated to the development of our students' mind, body, and spirit in a supportive and safe environment.

 We offer many classes to accommodate your busy schedule. Regardless of your age or level of experience, we have a program that is just for you whether you are looking for Repect, Discipline, Fitness or Self-Defense we have what you are looking for!  At Kaizen Family Martial Arts Center of Eureka, we not only teach technique and principles, we build character through inner-strength, courage, vision, respect, and discipline. The spiritual side of martial arts is not ignored.
